Sunday School 2011-2012
In addition to our excellent classes for children and youth, we’ve added two new adult classes this year, so it’s easier for you to not just send your kids to Sunday School, but to bring them with you.
Our Fall 2011 session starts Sept 11th, but you and your children can join us anytime through the school year.
All classes run from 9:45-10:45am Sundays.
Ladies’ Class. Open for all women from High School age and up, this is not your traditional Sunday School class! Women will have a chance to build friendships, share with one another about real life, pray, and have a brief devotional. Facilitator: Sheila Cummings. Location: Sanctuary Overflow Room. Moms are welcomed and encouraged to bring their babies and toddlers with them to the class. There’s a kid’s corner for the little ones to play.
Men’s Fellowship Breakfast. Open for all men from High School age and up, this is going to be a time to relax, laugh, and eat. Each week, one guy will bring a devotional thought from God’s Word that relates to life as a man / husband / father. Don’t worry, men… you won’t be put on the spot to lead a devotion. Facilitator: Pastor Michael Fredericks. Location: Ultramar Truck Stop Restaurant.
Middle School: Work through topics and Bible studies that really matter for Middle School students. Teachers: Cheryl Sadler & Barb Green. Location: Upstairs Teen Room.
Grade 3-5. Kids will learn straight from the Bible, about how God loves them, and how we ought to live to please Him. Debbie makes this class fun, with Bible memory challenges, activities, and more! Teacher: Debbie Kearney. Location: Church Basement.
Grade K-2. Hands-on, fun-filled learning that keeps the kids attention, but still delivers good introductory Bible teaching. Teacher: Sarah Miller. Location: Upstairs classroom.
