COVID-19 OPERATIONAL PLAN

- Maximum size of group depends on number within household bubbles; physical distancing is required
- User group must prepare and follow their own operational plan and provide a copy of the plan to Perth-Andover Baptist Church
- Everyone wears a mask as enters the building, keeps wearing mask until seated
- distancing required when entering & exiting
- Hand sanitizer at the door and throughout building
- Names and contact information recorded for each meeting by user group; list to be made available to church on request
- Seats spaced 2 m apart; physical distancing of 2m maintained throughout the meeting
- No food, drinks, or shared items
- Masks required when going to/from or inside washroom
- Sanitizing wipes available in washroom for handles, taps, etc.
- At end of the meeting, everyone wears mask as exiting the building until at their vehicles
- At the end of the meeting, the user group disinfects all surfaces touched during the meeting
- After the meeting, chairs will be disinfected by the church unless otherwise arranged
